The CAD Society Announces New Membership Plans
The CAD Society is a not-for-profit association which has the goal of fostering a sense of community and encouraging open communication among those who make their living within the CAD industry.
Individual/Students Memberships: [Professionals: $40/year; Students: $20/year]
What we will offer:
• Access to original content; articles, reviews, etc.
• Privilege of nominating individuals for The CAD Society Industry awards.
• Discounts to leading industry publications, such as CAD/CAMNet.
• Discounts on leading software and hardware products.
• Access to The CAD Society's forum discussion groups.(May 2008)
• Access various new and exciting programs, for the end user, which we will continue to implement over the upcoming years:

Discount Program (current)
Mentor Program (future)
Design Competitions (future) and others.
- These memberships are considered voting, which means you also have a vote for The CAD Society Board members.
Corporate Membership: [Companies: $250/year; Academic Institutions: $100/year]
What we will offer:
• Everything that a Paid Individual Member gets, plus,
• Up to 4 people in the company (or school) receive memberships.
• Privilege of nominating individuals for The CAD Society Industry awards.
• A free Job Posting at CADtalent
• Access to various programs, aimed at corporations, which we are now starting and will continue to implement over the upcoming years:
User Group Support Program (current), Vendor Assistance Program (current), Mentor Program (future) and others.
Foundation Members: [Companies: $2500/year; Academic Institutions: $1000/year]
What we will offer:
• Everything that a Corporate Member gets, plus,
• Everyone in the company (or school) gets a membership.
• Every associate has the privilege of nominating individuals for The CAD Society Industry Awards.
• Nominate and vote on the elevation of esteemed industry members to the rank of "CAD Society Fellow."
• Submission of a special CAD Society press release announcing your support as a Foundation member.
• Placement of logo on The CAD Society website.
• One mailing to every member of The CAD Society each year.
• The ability to start a forum discussion group.
• Access to the future Entrepreneur Startup Program; input on the development of current and future programs.
